Sant Antoni

Sant Antoni sells women’s clothing in five stores and online, on Tiendanube. When we started, the shop ran on the stock theme: you could see the products, but finding what you wanted took effort and the product pages didn’t do much to help you decide.

Instead of one big redesign, we changed things one at a time with the store live. We rebuilt navigation with a category menu and quick filters that slide up from the bottom on phones. We added loading placeholders sized exactly like the real product cards, so the page doesn’t jump around while photos load. We cleaned up what Google indexes, built a blog where products can sit inside the articles, and added video to product pages.

Everything goes through GitHub. Each change is small, gets reviewed and ships on its own. We’re past 120 of them now, and if something breaks it’s rolled back in a couple of minutes.
